The owner lives on the ground floor of the house. From the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the island of Hvar, and the sunsets will also delight you. The roofed balcony has garden furniture and behind the house there are a barbecue and a private guest parking space for your car. The apartment is 20 metres from the sea. The house has its own section of concrete beach with a ladder into the sea. There are volleyball and water polo events in the summer. The locality is quite quiet, therefore ideal for relaxing. Vela Luka and Blato, four and seven kilometres away, provide entertainment, plenty of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Dalmatian cuisine. They also have larger supermarkets and a boat harbour.
