Comfortable apartment modestly furnished with private terraces, and garden in the most beautiful residential part of Pula, 150 meters from the stunning Valkane beach. One bedroom has a double bed for two people measuring 190 x 160. The second bedroom has a double bed for two people measuring 200 x 140. In the living room there are two beds each measuring 190x80. The property is surrounded by a landscaped garden with lots of greenery. The apartment with terrace on the second floor of 130 m2 has 85 m2 of living space and a terrace of 45m2 and is furnished for a maximum of 6 persons. The apartment is cooled and heated by one main air conditioner unit for the entire apartment. Parking for cars is located a few meters away from the apartments in the free public parking always available. In garden live cats and turtles, therefore the site is more appropriate for pets friendly people and vacation place for children and parents. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, just on terrace. Guests have access to the garden exclusively from the route of apartment to the garden exit,It is not allowed to linger.
