Description

The holiday house is in the centre of Rabac, the gem of the east coast of Istria, and affords a panoramic view over the bay and the Kvarner islands. The house is ideal for a quiet holiday, but still just a short walk from the centre of town and from the beaches. The ground floor provides access to the big, partially roofed terrace, with a table and two benches for eight people. Next to it there is the grill (wood or charcoal). There are four chairs and two parasols. You can look out from the terrace over the surroundings, the bay, the Kvarner islands and the old town of Labin. The stairs lead to a private pool with lounge area and an outdoor bathroom. The living space of the house is spread over the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dining space, a living room, and a storage and laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen provides all the necessary appliances, such as a gas and electric stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a big dining table for eight people. Right next to it there is the living room with a sofa bed, a radio and satellite TV. The first floor has three bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200cm). One of the bedrooms has a balcony. There are also two further bathrooms with a shower on this floor. The house is air-conditioned. Each floor has air conditioning on the landing, which cools all the rooms. Free wireless Internet access is available. Within 500 to 1000 metres you can find tennis courts and a paintball field, as well as walking and cycling paths. The harbour is about two-minute walk away and there are ten minutes to the beach. There is a restaurant about 100 metres away and a grocery shop 200 metres away. The surrounding area offers a range of leisure activities. There are many walking paths and you can enjoy water sports. There are maps, brochures and flyers in the house with advice and information about how to spend your holiday days. The owners are also happy to assist with any queries about activities and what to visit. The site is fenced. There are two private parking spaces. The house is connected to the main road via stairs. A highchair and a cot can be provided at a supplementary charge.
