Description

The holiday apartment is in the peaceful little village of Rtina, just 20 kilometres to the north of Zadar in the direction of the island of Pag. The locals are especially proud of the healing earth on the outskirts of the village. Mud packs are recommended to all people with rheumatic complaints, or as a preventative measure. There is also a separate house with 18m² of living space. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, and a living room with satellite TV, a table and chairs. The 30m² outdoor area in front of the kitchen provides a dining table, barbecue and a sandy bowling alley. The holiday apartment is on the upper floor of a two-story house and can accommodate eight people. The upper floor is only accessible via stairs and provides 80m² of living space. It has four bedrooms each with double beds (three of the beds measure 160 x 200cm, the fourth measures 180 x 200cm). The mattresses are cleaned regularly with mattress cleaner. The two bathrooms provide a shower, washbasin, toilet and cupboard with a mirror. There is an air conditioning unit in the hallway on this floor, as well as fans in bedrooms. The 20m² balcony offers a fabulous view of the bay, in the direction of the sunset. The apartment is just 200 metres from the beach and just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest shop. You can buy fresh bread daily from the stand less than 100 metres away. The nearest restaurant is only about 300 metres away. There are good Dalmatian restaurants with fish, seafood and lamb just a few kilometres away. Four car parking spaces are available.
