The apartment is located on the 10th floor and offers a beautiful view towards the east part of the city, the Trsat castle, and the blue sea, of course...
The town center with its coffee bars, restaurants, and everything one city offers is reachable by foot in 1 km.
The Sablicevo beach (one of the 6 beaches in a row) is about 4 km away.
The entire zone around the building is a free parking zone. As the apartment is situated uphill, going downhill by foot to the center is very easy and comfortable, but returning home uphill, maybe sometimes it's not the case. You may take advantage of the proximity to the city center by choosing to rent the Bolt electric scooters... check on the Bolt app where are located and enjoy the city in a funny way...

The entire space is A/C covered with a cooling/heating system and a ceiling fan in addition according to personal preferences.
