Description

This house is just 450 metres from the beach and just a kilometre, a few minutes’ walk, from the historical centre of the town of Senj. The comfortably furnished apartment on the lower floor has a living room (20m²), with a suite, flatscreen TV and dining table. The kitchen unit comprises a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Of the three bedrooms, two each have a double bed, while the third has a double bed and a single bed. The first bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, WC, hairdryer and washing machine and the second bathtoom has a bath with a shower attachment, WC, hair dryer. A large covered gazebo (area 40 m2) with a barbecue and seating for 8 people and two terraces (area 50 m2) with a sea view equipped with seating and two deckchairs are intended only for the guests of this apartment. In front of the apartment there is a landscaped garden with two large trees, grass and flowers and three free parking spaces.
