The house is just a stone’s throw from the centre of Starigrad. Each apartment has a private furnished balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, admire how the mountains flow seamlessly into the sea, be amazed by fabulous sunsets and look out at beautiful pine trees full of the twittering of birds. Occasionally you even see a squirrel hopping through the branches. The shared terrace has a large brick-built outdoor grill for all those who love grill specialities, and a sitting corner in the shade of trees. You can sit together sociably here in the evenings and contemplate the day. There are ten car parking spaces on site. It has a spacious living area with a kitchen corner, dining table and a large sofa, which during the day you can use for watching TV or relaxing and in the night as a sofa bed for 2 persons.The kitchen corner is equipped with a stove, coffee machine, fridge and kettle. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160cm wide) and the sofa bed in the living room when extended is the same size. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC and washbasin.
