Description

The house is located in Sukosan, a picturesque village just outside Zadar. It's perfect if you seek peace and quiet but want to be near attractions. Zadar is just 12 km away. You can visit the National Park Kornati or the National Park Krka which are pretty close. And, of course, there're some nice beaches in the area. The house is on the main road in Sukosan and finding it shouldn't be a problem. The apartment is on the ground floor, but the house consists of ground floor, first floor and cellar. The house is surrounded by a big garden with fruits and vegetables. There's also parking space for at least 5 cars. You can play the table tennis in front of the house or even use the grill. There is even a trampolin for kids in front of the house. There're outdoor tables with chairs for all guests. Welcome to our studio apartment! It consists of a kitchen, sleeping and living area and bathroom. Everything is brand new! It is best suitable for couples, families with 2 children or a group of 3 adults. The apartment is in the back part of our house, so you have your private entrance and parking space available. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, kettle, fridge and coffee machine. Dining table has 3 chairs. Living area is also sleeping space. There is a sofa that can be transformed into bed (1,40 x 2m). There is also a double bed (1,6 x 2m), two cabinets and a closet. The bathroom has a toilet, basin, shower and washing machine. On request, we can offer you a baby cot. All in all, you have your peace and quietness. The house is 250 m from the sea. Also, there are some great restaurants near by, just 200 m from the house. The center of the village is 1 km away, where you can find supermarkets and bars.
