On a large property area of 3000 m2, surrounded by greenery and a landscaped garden, it offers its guests many options for recreation and rest. In the fully fenced yard there is an outdoor pool (24 m2) with deckchairs and an outdoor shower, a children's playground with a slide and swing, a table for table tennis. The tenant (1 person) occasionally stays in the upper part of the house, but the garden and the yard are exclusively for the guests. Villa Natura has 170 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for 6 guests. The ground floor of the house consists of an equipped kitchen with a dining room, a spacious living room with SAT-TV and a sofa. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has an exit to the terrace, 2 showers/toilets and a separate toilet. The arrival of groups of young guests and the organization of parties are not allowed.
