The first unit consists of a ground floor with a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa bed for 2 persons and a fireplace. At the same floor there is a bathroom with a shower/toilet. From the living room there is a direct exit to the covered terrace and pool. On the first floor there is one bedroom with separate beds, one spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/toilet in the hallway. Both rooms offer a beautiful view of the yard and pool. The second unit is located on the first floor and in the lower part has a spacious living area decorated in a typical Istrian style with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for 12 people, a sofa and a separate toilet. At the entrance there is a nice covered terrace with seating, and in the upper part there are two bedrooms with double beds and each with its own bathroom. In the second part of the courtyard, there is a third unit, which consists of a ground floor with billiards, darts, table tennis and a small fitness studio, while on the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet.
