Description
This fantastic stone house is in the quiet Istrian village of Peresiji, near the little medieval town of Svetvincenat. It offers its guests peace and quiet and privacy, in a stylish ambience with a beautifully laid-out outdoor area.
You will also be delighted with the outdoor area. The roofed terrace, to the side of the house, has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, washbasin, small electric stove and fridge, lined up next to each other. In front of it there are two tables and ten chairs. Behind the terrace there is the 28m² pool with an outdoor shower, a relaxation area with four deckchairs, a trampoline and a pool table, which is under a roof. The whole 600m² site is surrounded by a stone wall, ensuring the privacy of guests. There are three parking spaces available on site.
The house dates back to 1901 and was completely renovated in 2013. It provides a spacious 180m² of living space for ten people, with five bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The rooms are stylish with quality furniture. All the bathrooms are highly modern with a shower, WC, heating and hairdryer. Four of the bedrooms have a double bed (mattress 160 x 200cm), air conditioning and satellite TV, as well as their own bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a double sofa bed (160 x 200cm) with two separate mattresses. The rooms are on the first floor and in the attic. The ground floor comprises the living room, the dining room and the open kitchen. The built-in kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher, sink, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ample cookware and tableware for 12 people. The dining space has a big table with ten chairs. The adjoining living room has a fireplace and a generous sitting area, satellite TV and two air conditioning units. Wireless Internet access is available in the house.
The town of Svetvincenat is near the villa, with interesting old churches and the medieval Grimani Castle, where many events and festivals are held during the summer months. There are larger, attractive coastal towns nearby suitable for trips, such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec, or Pazin and Motovun in the inland area. It is about 15km to the nearest rocky and pebbled beaches. There are shops a kilometre away.
