The villa is located near Vodnjan and Rovinj in Istria. The interior of this amazing stone villa will take your breath away. The entire property exudes great Istrian and Tuscan character and charm.

The villa has four separate bedrooms, two with comfortable double beds and two with single beds. Two bathrooms with showers and washing machine are also at your disposal. The spacious living room with a large sofa and an indoor fireplace will offer you a dose of intimacy and warmth at home. Two more guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. From the living room you look onto a new and fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances. The balcony and the spacious terrace guarantee you a perfect evening with a glass of quality Istrian wine while watching the sunsets.

The outdoor area of the villa features a covered terrace with a dining table and views of the pool. A cozy lounge corner, a barbecue area and sun loungers are also located near the spacious refreshing pool. For the guests there is also a tennis court and a children's playground (shared with other villas). Satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning and parking are available for guests of the villa free of charge. Pets are welcome on request and at an additional cost.
The tourist tax is paid directly to the homeowner upon arrival.
