Spend a holiday by the sea and feel at home! The house is nestled into a thoughtfully designed garden with plenty of greenery, where children can run around and play. It is in Vabriga, a small village on the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. According to our experience, however, life takes place primarily outdoors under the Mediterranean sun. The roofed terrace with a large dining table is the actual living room. The swimming pool belonging to the house invites you to bathe and swim, if you do not feel like going to the beach just 900 metres away. Under the large pergola, right by the barbecue and swimming pool, you can spend cosy evenings dining or with a bottle of wine. The illuminated pool exudes a special holiday feeling in the evenings. There are parking spaces for two cars available. The tastefully decorated house has a spacious living room with satellite TV, a fully-equipped kitchen area with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower and WC on the ground floor. The upper floor has three bedrooms with double beds, of which two bedrooms have access to the balcony. The sleeping area is completed by a bathroom with a WC in the hallway, adjacent to the bedrooms, and in the hallway there is also air conditioning. It is easy to explore the surroundings from Vabriga. Old, Byzantine and Venetian towns, such as the nearby Porec and Rovinj, or Pula with its excellently preserved amphitheatre from its Roman past invite you to go on cultural tours. Visit the Istrian inland area, the villages on the beautiful hills above the Mediterranean landscape such as Motovun, or the artists’ village of Groznjan. The spring or autumn are also ideal for exploring the natural beauty of Istria by bike. The photos will give you an idea of what to expect. You can swim at the nearby Lanterna holiday complex or the beach area 900 metres from the house. The famous Plava Laguna in Porec of the nature reserve near Medulin at the southern tip of Istria also invite you to go bathing.
