The apartment is located in Monteneto which is part of Zambtaija, a small fishing village only 4 km away from the center of Umag. The area is very quiet surrounded by greenery. The accommodation is located in a family house with two more apartments of the same type for rent. The house offers for shared use a large well-kept garden where you will have the opportunity to spend relaxing moments in the midst of nature. Ideal accommodation for families with children, couples, and for those who love peace and nature. The bright and air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the house, surrounded by greenery, with a balcony overlooking the sea in the distance. For common use available the fenced garden (900 sqm) with barbecue, and equipped with games for children, private parking near the house with 4 parking spaces. The wonderful and famous equipped sandy beach (possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas) of Zambratija is just 700 m easily reachable on foot, the food shop and bar are just 400 m. The proximity of the sandy beach with the possibility to rent deck chairs and umbrellas for families with children, or couples, the beautiful and equipped pebble beach, and the quiet area make the location of the apartment ideal for families with children or for those who love tranquility. To spend the summer evenings away from home, very close to restaurants and bars. The apartment is located in Zambratija a small fishing town full of excellent restaurants offering a wide choice of fish menus. The area is unique for its equipped sandy beach ideal for children where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. The Destino bar on the beach is an excellent place to spend relaxing evenings admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets while enjoying the delicious drinks from the bar. The small supermarket with the adjacent bar is great for having morning coffee. The area offers the opportunity to take walks along the sea or bike rides. The location is quiet and sunny, only 4 km away from the center of Umag. In the surroundings, there are various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish menus, pizzerias, and beach bars. In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. To buy a larger quantity of food, it is advisable to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag. In the vicinity, there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing, and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and an impressive marina.
