Cosy holiday apartment near the sea
Two bedroom second floor apartment located in Punta, quiet, residential area of Umag. The accomodation is situated approx 200m from the sea and 1km from the town centre.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. The apartment is 58 m2 in size + balcony 9 m2, sleeps 4-5 people, is type A4+1 and has 3 star rating. It consists of a main bedroom with a large double bed, second bedroom with two bunk beds and one extra bed, main bathroom and open plan kitchen/living area with a balcony overlooking back garden.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, flat screen TV ( Croatian and free to air satellite channels), oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. WiFi Internet is provided.
The apartment is only 200m far from the sea and 1km from the town centre.
Sports centre Stella Maris is a few hundred meters away, where the oldest ATP tournament in Croatia – Croatia Open Umag is held every summer.
Punta boasts many sports facilities, hotels, swimming pools and a marina.
ATP tennis center only a few hundred meters away.
