The 45 sqm apartment for 2 + 2 people located on the first floor of a family house where 2 other apartments are rented is located in Valizza, a small village surrounded by greenery just 7 km from the center of Umag. The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), bed linen provided (weekly change), wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. The complete bathroom with tub, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The kitchen with a separate dining area is equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, cooker, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and dining table with 4 chairs. At the end of the corridor the comfortable living room equipped with a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, a coffee table and air conditioner. The living room leads out onto the large covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs with a splendid view of the surrounding garden and woods, ideal for having your morning coffee. The area is quiet, surrounded by greenery, the nearest beach is that of the Kanegra tourist village and it is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag riviera.
