The house offers free private parking and a barbecue area in the garden. The city center and the beach can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is 300 m from the restaurant, the children's playground and free outdoor gym equipment near the house, the pebble beach at 1.2 km, the sandy beach at 950 m, the golf course at 8 km while the tennis courts 900 m. In the surroundings, there are various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish menus, pizzerias and beach bars. The center of Umag is easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Porec.
