The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house and is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, terrace, pavilion, hollywood swing, fire place and court.

Umag. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot in the carport and on the property.
