Description
This comfortable apartment, located on the second floor of a building near the center of Umag, offers a welcoming atmosphere for your stay. The location of the accommodation is strategic due to its proximity to the supermarket, bar, pharmacy and bank within walking distance. The apartment has two bedrooms, complete bathroom, living room with kitchen and two small balconies. Ideal accommodation for families with children or couples of friends to explore Umag and its wonderful surroundings.
The comfortable apartment has an entrance corridor with air conditioner and wardrobe and access to the rooms, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, television and exit to a balcony equipped with two chairs and an ideal table to enjoy your coffee in the shade with a view of the street and neighborhood. The second bedroom also features a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Sheets are provided for both bedrooms.
The complete bathroom at the end of the corridor is equipped with a bathtub, sink with mirror and cabinet, toilet and washing machine. Furthermore, two towels per person and a hairdryer are also provided.
The living room with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator and all necessary utensils, pots and pans. From the kitchen you exit onto the small veranda where smoking is permitted. The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and a free parking space.
Guests have access to free parking shared with the building's tenants.

* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.
* We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution
- to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.

Although the building is located near the road, the neighborhood is quiet and offers a variety of services. You will find a shop and a bar just 150 meters away, while the closest restaurant is just 100 meters away. The city center can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes from the apartment. To reach the beaches, which are 1900 meters away, we recommend using a car or bicycle.
In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag Dam, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, go shopping in the shops of the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the delight of children.
To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and minigolf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casinos, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For days off the beach or for evenings, we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wishing to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the wonderful little cave of Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Porec or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
