The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Pool
Outdoor pool (3 m x 7 m, depth 1.4 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September.
