The apartment is arranged over the ground floor of a modern villa and comfortably sleeps four guests. The exterior has been designed for alfresco living with an expansive garden that offers plenty of space to sunbathe, play games, or simply unwind in the shade of the trees. There is also a private swimming pool, a sun terrace, a shady gazebo furnished with outdoor sofas, a large BBQ Grill and a covered dining area.

Inside, the bright, open-plan living space enjoys a view of the garden and is stylishly furnished with a flat-screen satellite TV, a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a dining table. The modern kitchen is fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.

The property is nestled on the northwest tip of the Istrian peninsula in the picturesque village of Valica. The village is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves, making it an ideal destination for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and nature walks.

The closest restaurant is a minute's walk away, there is a grocery store within an 8-minute drive and the ‘CUJ vino i maslinova ulja’ winery is a 10-minute drive from the accommodation.

For beach lovers, the clear waters and sandy shores of Kanegra Beach are a 5-minute drive away, and the coastal towns of Umag (a 15-minute drive), Rovinj (a one-hour drive) and Porec (a 45-minute drive) all offer opportunities for swimming, boating and other water activities.

The closest airport to the accommodation is Pula International Airport (PUY) approximately a one-hour drive away.
