Description
Air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment located on the raised ground floor of a family house within walking distance of supermarket, playground, bar. The city center and the beach are easily reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The accommodation is the ideal accommodation for families with children or groups of friends. The location is quiet and sunny. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available.
The air-conditioned apartment has three bedrooms, dining area with kitchen, bathroom, service bathroom and two terraces. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with 4 electric plates, a fridge with a freezer area, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, glasses, plates, cutlery and pots. The living area has a dining table with six chairs, sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV and exit to the covered terrace equipped with a garden table and chairs. The living area is connected to the bedrooms with the corridor equipped with coat hangers, shoe rack, mirror and air conditioner. The complete bathroom with bathtub, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, toilet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The first bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe with mirror, desk and chair. The second bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and exit to the covered balcony. The third bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe and exit to the covered terrace. Bed linen provided (changed weekly)
Free parking available in front of the house.
* Pets (max. 1) are allowed with a supplement per day payable on arrival in cash.
* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.
* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

Komunela-Umag
The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, made up of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants and some buildings. The area is equipped with a large park with games for children and teenagers, free outdoor gym equipment and a magnificent lawn. In the area you will find the convenient Ultra supermarket with an adjoining bar, other shops, bank, pharmacy, two wine bars, the Paganini casino, cheap restaurants. This neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who love tranquility and comfort due to its proximity to the center and the seafront, while the car or bicycle is recommended to reach the beaches.
The center of Umag can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.
In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag Dam, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, go shopping in the shops of the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the delight of children.
To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and minigolf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casinos, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For days off the beach or for evenings, we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wishing to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the wonderful little cave of Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Porec or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
