The studio apartment for two people located on the ground floor of a family house in the Umag-Komunela district. Sunny location 900 m from the center of Umag and 2200 m from the sandy beaches of Punta. The studio apartment has a kitchen equipped with a three-burner stove and an electric one, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine and kettle, dining table with chairs. The living area has two single beds pushed together, flat-screen satellite TV, wardrobe, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection, bed and bathroom linen is provided. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine, bidet, sink with mirror, toilet and hairdryer. At the entrance there is a private terrace equipped with table and chairs. In the fenced garden there is a children's playground with slide, swing and trampoline and a barbecue area available for common use. Free public parking is in front of the house and you have to cross the main road to reach it. *Pets are not allowed. * Smoking is allowed on the balcony or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We ask our kind guests: - to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and the washing machine when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the accommodation equipment with caution, - to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys. * The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay. * Personalized transport is possible (example: airport-accommodation, ...)
