This exclusive holiday villa is positioned on a sunny hill in the western part of Istria, surrounded by wild forest and nature, so it's a perfect for exploration. It is an area between the river Mirna in the north and the Lim canal in the south. If you want to enjoy a serene holiday in a private home, where wild birds wake you up each morning, stay at this holiday villa. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, surrounding nature or the old town with a belfry from the XVII century, all from the intimacy of your own villa with a private pool.Detached holiday villa with a fully enclosed, well maintained garden, a private illuminated swimming pool, covered terrace and traditional stone grill Relax and enjoy around your private 24 sqm (7.5m x 3.7 m) swimming pool. The villa boasts a living area of 220 m² and can accommodate up to ten persons in five bedrooms. You'll enjoy a deep sleep or an afternoon nap in one of the three double bedrooms situated on the ground floor, two of which have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower, plus one bathroom that comes equipped with a washing machine.
