Description

This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a single-family house in Vinež, a suburb of Labin, only about a kilometre from shops and two kilometres from the town centre. The living room opens onto a 9m² balcony with a view of the garden and over a spacious sitting area down in the garden with a table, chairs and parasol. The garden is for shared use. You can park your car free of charge on a private space. Pets are not allowed. With around 60m² of living space, it can accommodate a maximum of four people. The living room/bedroom provides a sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV and two single beds (each 90cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160cm wide. The bathroom comprises a shower, WC, washbasin, bidet and hairdryer. The owner can provide a highchair free of charge on request. Wi-Fi reception is available in all the rooms. In the area, within 10km, there is plenty to see, such as the Labin old town, the mining museum, the Dubrova sculpture park, many hiking paths along the coast and in the area, many restaurants and a range of water sports. The seaside town Rabac with many beautiful pebbled beaches is six kilometres away. The accommodation is suitable for a couple or a family with children (two adults and two children), as children can play undisturbed in the garden. The owner speaks very good German and Italian, so can give you plenty of advice for an even more pleasant stay in Labin and its surroundings.
