Quietly situated holiday apartments near the beach with a grill terrace and a shared pool, a boat and bicycle for hire, an ideal starting point for all kinds of trips This family-run house with its five renovated holiday apartments enjoys a quiet location not far from the beach. The little fishing village of Vinjerac about 30 kilometres from Zadar is one of the most beautiful Dalmatian villages, which is rich in maritime tradition and exudes an incredible Mediterranean charm. Today Vinjerac is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the famous Zadar Riviera. The little gem is nestled on the peninsula in the south-eastern part of the Velebit Canal and entices holiday-makers with a unique view of Velebit and the Mala Paklenica gorge. A flatscreen TV with around 100 satellite channels provides entertainment in the apartments. Free air conditioning with a cooling and heating function and free Internet access are also provided. The air conditioning unit is in the living room. You can make use of a large terrace with a grill, a terrace with a swimming pool and a sunny area, as well as a car parking space. The terraces afford a beautiful sea view and a view of Velebit. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. A boat (rubber boat with a motor), or bicycles can be hired. You can buy fresh bread and rolls every morning in front of the house. 300 metres from the house there is a grocery shop. It is 6km to the nearest supermarket. Vinjerac is a perfect place for all those who would like to spend a quiet holiday and be surrounded by pristine nature, traditional little stone houses and crystal clear sea. You can spend hot summer days in one of the fishing boats or one of the many bays at Vinjerac along the coast, or enjoy refreshments at one of the cafés, restaurants or the famous konoba “Pece”. The nice and hospitable locals will make your stay even more pleasant. Vinjerac is an ideal starting point for a range of trips, such asto Zadar, Sibenik and Split, or walking and hiking in the nearby mountains. Within 80km you can find the Paklenica, Krka, Plitvice Lakes national parks, or you can go rafting in the Zrmanja gorge.

The adjoining 12m² terrace affords a wonderful view of Vinjerac, the sea and Paklenica National Park. The apartment measures 42m², was renovated in 2015 and can accommodate four people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160cm wide and cupboards, while the living room provides a three-seater sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed. The open kitchen next to it with a dining space is equipped with a fridge, a stove, a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer.
