An ideal vacation house for a large group of friends, can accommodate up to 24 people taking care of personal comfort and luxury Isolated from the tourist crowds, yet just a few kilometers from the tourist centers, lies the village Vinkuran. Villa Vinkuran above Vinkuran Bay and Soline Cove guarantee a pleasant and peaceful vacation. Vinkuran has a sheltered beach along pine trees. It is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy peace and quiet. There is a store, restaurant and café in the village.We can offer you and your friends or business partners vacation that you deserve in a newly renovated private villa near Pula! Enjoy in our apartments and experience the vacation you deserve...We are expecting you with great joy! The private plot of 1000 m2 is completely fenced, therefore, suitable for children safe play. Swimming pool area is equipped with garden furniture, ten loungers, five sunshades, an outdoor grill and a swing. There are four parking spots on site and four more in front of the house. This house is designed for larger groups or families that wish to spend a relaxing holiday. It stretches over three floors and all have a sea view. It consists of thirteen bedrooms, seven bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and five living rooms. There are eight air conditioning units and heating provided in off season, free wifi internet, six TVs and a safe . Other features are heated outdoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, fitness, billiards, darts, table tennis and table football. Distance to the sea and the beach is around 500 m and to the market around 200 m. Restaurants as well as the supermarket, fish market, pharmacy and gas station are approximately one kilometer away. Pula city center is only about four kilometers away. We recommend excursions to nearby places. The most famous is the ancient Pula which offers many attractions, cultural and entertainment during the summer. For our guests we organize special boat excursions like to Brijuni Islands national park or beautiful old Istrian town Rovinj. We also organize bicycle rental, car hire, taxi service, transfers, etc.
