Holiday house with two separate apartments
Enjoy a leisurely holiday here. The beach with crystal clear water is just a 3-minute walk away, 150 metres. The house consists of an apartment for 5-6 people on the ground floor and a further apartment for 6-7 people on the upper floor.
The house offers plenty of space and large terraces with a sea and mountain view. It can accommodate up to 13 people comfortably – ideal for a holiday with acquaintances and friends. There are many supermarkets and other shops nearby for self-catering.
You can park in the courtyard.
Both apartments are tastefully and functionally furnished, so that you will feel at home on holiday.
The accommodation enjoys a quiet but central location. You can swim at the nearby beach and enjoy the day, or go on a stroll to the nearby shops, restaurants and cafés. It is easy to get to the beautiful Paklenica and Krka national parks by car (ca. 60 and 100km).
This apartment with around 90m² of living space is on the ground floor and is suitable for 5-6 people. The accommodation features a large 30m² terrace, which can be closed off and is fitted with external blinds as sunshades. It provides two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm). There is also a sofa bed (140 x 200cm). The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: an electric stove with a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, a pizza pan and plenty of crockery. Next to the kitchen there is a living room with a table and a fold-out sofa bed, for watching satellite TV. A DVD plyer and stereo system are also provided. There is also a shower room with a washing machine, toilet and bidet.
