Modern Villa Kristina, situated in a quiet rural area near Vrana Lake, gives the guest a chance to reload, relax and recouperate. A calm residential area just a short drive away from the tourist town of Pakoštane provides the best of both – surroundings that are calm, but well connected to neighboring towns, shops, markets, restaurants, many activities and more.
The Villa features and open concept living space on the ground floor with a living room, dining room and a kitchen. A double and large exit to the terrace provides ease of movement throughout the living space, indoors and outdoors. There is also one bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom. The rooms have balcony exits, and all feature a double bed. The room layout makes Villa Kristina perfect for 6 guests.
The outdoors feature a swimming pool, equipped with sunloungers, a BBQ area and an outdoor seating/dining area, all surrounded by olive trees that provide some shade and dalmatian atmosphere.
The Villa offers free private parking spaces, Wi-Fi throughout and SAT TV.
Pets are welcome upon request and owner`s confirmation with an additional charge.
