The modern and cozy apartment EVERGREEN consists of a bathroom with shower, a separate bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and a dining and sitting area with LCD screen. The apartment comfortably hosts up to 3 persons thanks to its separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room for one more person. This newly renovated apartment has also BBQ facilities and a wonderful, sunny balcony which can be also used as a dining area and where you can enjoy a bottle of wine on a warm summer's evening. The apartment EVERGREEN provides also Internet, Sat TV and Air-conditioning and offers free parking possibilities.

Our EVERGREEN apartment is conveniently located in a part of the town called Borik, only 500 meters far away from the beach and 5 minutes driving distance to the Old town, which is known for its restaurants, lounge bars, boutiques and the unavoidable nightlife. You will be able to enjoy Zadar during the day, walk along the lungo mare and visit all the tourist sites. It is located in a safe urban area, has a free parking place and is ideal for families as everything you need is only a stone´s throw away. Nearest tubes are: popular BEACH USKOK, SPA & WELLNESS AT FALKENSTEINER HOTELS, DIKLO BEACH and WATERFRONT PROMENADE.
