This brand new luxurious 5 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets. On this floor you also have the benefit of a built in utility area with washing machine, sink and tumble drier. From this floor you can access the staircase that leads to the roof garden to enjoy the stunning sea views.(I think it might just be a staircase to the pool area and not roof garden)??
