The luxurious apartment Nova Lake Resort is part of a new complex with 15 apartments in the village of Neuofen near the Lipno dam, the largest dam in the Czech Republic. In the village of Nová Pec, the Vltava flows into the Lipno Dam. This area is much quieter compared to the villages of Frymburk or Lipno and also offers more privacy. Water lovers on the Vltava can go canoeing between Soumarský and Nová Pec (canoes can be rented). The Lipno Dam is ideal for fishing and kite surfing. Excursions in the area: the town of Ceský Krumlov with a beautiful town reserve and a beautiful castle.
