The lot is sorrounded by trees and such, ensuring complete privacy from curious glances, and for the little ones, there is a swing set.

The living room is bright and spacious with white-painted cathedral ceilings, beautiful pine floors, and large south-facing windows opening to the terrace. Large, luxurious sofa corner, armchairs, wood-burning stove, TV with Danish (including TV2) channels, and a DVD player. Øer Strand is a scenic area just a 5-minute drive from the center of Ebeltoft, known for its very child-friendly beaches with shallow water and excellent opportunities for water sports. A short walk away, you'll find Øer Maritime Holiday Village and the lock with a small, cozy ice cream kiosk. In the holiday village, there is the option to use mini-golf, tennis, and a bouncy castle for a fee.
