The house features a bright and charmingly furnished living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, as well as access to a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen, including a dishwasher, is connected to the living area. There’s also a lovely bathroom with a shower. The house offers sleeping accommodations in two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and an overhead bunk, ideal for a child. For young guests, a crib and high chair are available.

The property sits on a lovely plot with a large lawn, perfect for play and ball games, and it also includes a trampoline. One of the garden sheds contains cushions, a grill, and garden furniture. The house is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Internet and TV are available via streaming only.

The Øer area is a charming and popular holiday destination close to both forest and beach. The beach is known for its shallow waters and sandy shores, though some parts may have a mix of stones and sand. For mountain biking enthusiasts, the area offers a 13 km trail with varying levels of difficulty. At the harbor, you’ll find several good restaurants, small specialty shops, the historic Fregatten Jylland, and the Glass Museum. In the town center, you can visit the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. It’s about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where you can get close to wild animals, and just under an hour’s drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
