The pool is energy-optimized with a new, efficient heat pump and dehumidifier (2023), and the spa only heats up during use to save on electricity.

The house's 8+2 sleeping places are distributed over 4 good bedrooms, all with double beds, and a large, well-utilized loft with a sofa bed. Note that there are 2-3 steps from the living room down to the sleeping area. There is a cot and a high baby chair. Heat pump with air conditioning and fast wireless internet.

Øer is only a few kilometers south of Ebeltoft with its cozy, cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich bird life. There are good opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire area invites you to lovely cycling and hiking trips.
