The heart of the house is the open-plan kitchen, where you are immediately drawn to the large windows that offer wonderful views of the Kattegat. Here you can cook, eat and socialise with the sea in the background. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or on the partially covered terrace, where the sunrise and morning coffee become a very special experience.
On the 1st floor you'll find another cosy living room with an impressive floor-to-ceiling window that gives you panoramic sea views. Here you can relax on the sofa, enjoy the light and relaxing atmosphere or step out onto the balcony and breathe in the fresh sea air. The well-kept lawn in front of the house looks directly towards the sea, which is only 100 metres away, and the lovely beach is easily accessible via a shared path. Here you can quickly take a refreshing dip in the clear water or simply relax in the sand. The kids will love it too, as there is a playground in the nearby area.
