Holiday home suitable for 14 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 250 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1992. In 2016 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is ground heat. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 170 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 90 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Play tower. Slide. 2 barbecues at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 10 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). There is floor heating in 2 the bedrooms.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 american refrigerator. There are 5 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets. There is floor heating in 3 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.
