Description
Just 200 meters from Boeslum Beach, you will find this beautiful newly built house. Here, you will find the large, lovely kitchen area, which is openly connected to the dining area, allowing everyone to join the conversation while cooking. The delightful living room is cozily furnished with comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, and a heat pump. From the kitchen-living room, there are large glass sections with sliding doors leading to both an open and a covered terrace with garden furniture. There are three beautiful bedrooms, two of which have double beds, with one having direct access to one of the house's two lovely bathrooms. Additionally, there is a room with a single bunk bed and a "cozy nook" underneath. The last two sleeping places are found in a double bed in the beautiful annex, which has its own toilet. There is also a room with a foosball and board game table for those who enjoy activities. Next to the annex, there is a terrace with its own garden furniture and parasol. If you've been to the beach and need to rinse off the sand, there is a lovely outdoor shower at the entrance of the house. If you need a rest, the hammock at the bottom of the property is perfect while the kids play football.
Boeslum Beach is primarily a fine white sandy beach with a grassy and flower-covered beach meadow. In some places, the beach is a mix of stones and sand, but it is mostly sandy. The water is fine and clear but quickly becomes deep. At the beach, there are both toilets and an ice cream kiosk. From the beach, you have a view of Jernhatten, a popular excursion destination, and the small island of Hjelm. It is just under 5 km to Ebeltoft town with its many attractions. Here you can visit the old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. You will also find many small specialty shops and sidewalk restaurants in the old cobblestone streets. At the harbor, you will find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. There are also several good shops and eateries, and you can buy freshly caught fish every day. A visit to Ree Park is also recommended – go on a jeep safari and get up close to the wild animals. It is about an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, with many activities for both big and small.
