Holiday flat suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 40 m² and is build in 1981. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 15 litres.

Situated 75 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 600 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1500 m. A 15 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal.

All together there is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, mini oven, microwave oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.
