Spacious house with room for relaxation and play
This spacious holiday home of 192 m² offers space for the whole family or a larger group with its three bedrooms and eight beds. Situated on a large 2.1-hectare plot, there is plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities such as ball games on the lawn or ATV riding in the 0.4-hectare calf field. The house was fully renovated in 2000 and has been maintained with indoor painting two years ago and outdoor painting this year. Heating is provided by geothermal energy and electricity from EnergiFyn. There is a charging station for electric cars in the barn. The holiday home is surrounded by exciting natural experiences. It is 6-8 km to good beaches where you can enjoy coastlines from several sides. For those who enjoy fishing, there are several opportunities in the area. Within a short drive, you’ll find Middelfart and Lillebælt, where you can experience beautiful natural and cultural sights. Odense and Kolding are within 35 km, offering city life, a zoo, and cafés. For the adventurous, Legoland is just 75 km away. Outdoors, the house offers three different terrace areas, equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill.
