Architektonisch sehr schönes Holzhaus, 1998 gebaut. Es liegt in einem ruhigen und attraktiven Gebiet nah am Meer, wo man baden, surfen und angeln kann. In einer separaten Abteilung des Hauses liegen die Sauna und die Gästetoilette. Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe des Freiluft- und Naturcenter Karpenhøj, das verschiedene Freilichtaktivitäten bietet. Die Stockbetten haben Erwachsenengröße und Boxmatratzen (80 cm x 200 cm).
