An older, well-maintained, and family-friendly holiday home, centrally located on a charming natural plot in Boeslum Bakker on the outskirts of Ebeltoft. Just a few kilometers away are lovely beaches, and a short drive will take you to the beautifully undulating courses of Ebeltoft Golf Club. There's a lovely, secluded, south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill. On the grounds, there's a sandbox for the little ones, and there's a good playground just 250 meters away.

The house is bright and inviting with a spacious living room in open connection with the kitchen and with access to the terrace and garden. There is dining space for 6 people, a wood stove, and a TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels. The kitchen is newer with ample workspace and equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The house has 3 good bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with a double sofa bed, providing a total of 6 sleeping places. Nice and spacious bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Internet access is available.

Boeslum Bakker is situated in the "sweet spot" between Ebeltoft with its beautiful old houses, cobblestone streets, and lovely sandy beach along Ebeltoft Bay, and the stunning coastline and beaches of the Kattegat.
