Description

Nice and well-maintained holiday house, located only 5 km from the center of Esbjerg. The living room (40 m2) is furnished with tv, dvd, cd-player, wireless internet, wood burning stove, leather sofa and dining area which is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemachine, etc. Tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and closet space. There is a conservatory with washing machine, dryer and 200-l-water container. Outside there is a covered terrace, a beautiful garden with garden furnitures. The house is situated in a quiet area med foreclosed garden, nearby the city and the beach. Final cleaning is mandatory. 1 bedroom with double bed/wardrobe. 2 bedrooms with single beds/wardrobe.
