Welcome to this charming and well-appointed holiday home of 189 m² in Frederikshavn, located just 10 meters from the coast and only 300 meters from Frederikshavn Marina.

The house, built in 1980 and beautifully renovated in 2022, appears bright and inviting with exposed ceiling beams and large windows that offer a stunning view of the Kattegat and the wide expanse of the east coast.

The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen-living area, where all modern amenities are available for creating delicious meals in good company. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area and a relaxing lounge space, where you can lean back, enjoy a good book, or watch a movie while the crackling of the wood-burning stove brings warmth and comfort on cooler days.

Both the kitchen and living room open out onto a charming, covered terrace, where you can sit and enjoy a fantastic view of both the garden and the beautiful sea.

On the first floor, you’ll find a large bedroom with a double bed and a phenomenal view of the sea and Frederikshavn. Here, there is also a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. Additionally, there is a cozy room with a single bed, while the two remaining bedrooms are in the separate annex.

The house features three bathrooms: a practical toilet on the ground floor, a larger bathroom with a shower on the first floor, and another bathroom with a shower in the annex.

No rental to youth groups. Renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire rental period.

The holiday home is located just a few meters from the sea and only 300 meters from the charming marina in Frederikshavn, where you can enjoy a good meal and admire the many fine yachts docked in the harbor. If you want to visit the beach, it's just 2 km to Frederikshavn's famous Palm Beach. In the center of Frederikshavn, you’ll find a variety of shopping options, both specialty shops and supermarkets, as well as a wide range of restaurants. If you want to explore during your holiday, both Sæby and Skagen are easily accessible by car.

With branches in Sæby, Frederikshavn, and Skagen, the Coastal Museums tell the story of life along the coast, past and present. If you’re into nature experiences, Grenen, the beaches, and forests of the area, or the Pikkerbakken viewpoint in Frederikshavn, are must-see. There, you can also visit the botanical garden at Bangsbo or make use of the many hiking and mountain bike trails in the area around Bangsbo.
