The holiday home

Beautifully renovated holiday home with a fantastic view of the water and the top of Fyns Hoved. The holiday home was renovated in 2022 and is furnished with a living room featuring a new kitchen and access to a large, partially covered terrace where you can enjoy the outstanding view, afternoon sun, and breathtaking sunsets. There's a new bathroom with underfloor heating and three bedrooms equipped with 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds. One of the bedrooms has a large glass wall from floor to ceiling facing the water, allowing you to relax and enjoy the view. Towards the garden, there's another terrace where you can savor the morning sun. The house is peacefully situated on a large natural plot in the second row. The grounds offer plenty of space for play, including a swing, sandbox, and basketball hoop. The house is elevated to ensure complete privacy for enjoying the view. You have access to Chromecast for streaming from your phone or iPad, as well as a PlayStation 3 with games.

The area

Fyns Hoved, located on the Hindsholm Peninsula, is one of the most beautiful natural areas on the island of Funen. Here, you'll find rare plant and animal life and breathtaking scenery. The tip of Fyns Hoved is protected and can only be reached on foot. During your walk, you'll encounter steep cliffs, hills, and small lagoons. On clear days, you can see all the way to Samsø and Zealand. The waters around Fyns Hoved offer a diverse range, with open sea towards the Great Belt and calmer waters on the western side of Fyns Hoved, perfect for canoeing and paddleboarding. In the summer, you can purchase essentials at Fyns Hoved Camping, located in the heart of the vacation home area. Just 2 km from the cottage, you can enjoy excellent Danish cuisine at Fynshoved Café and Gårdbutik. The nearest year-round grocery store is in Mesinge, approximately 14 km from the holiday home. There are many charming farm shops and cafes in the area, including Fynshoved Café and Gårdbutik, located a few kilometers south of the holiday homes at Fyns Hoved, and Café Kirkeladen in Mesinge.
