Just 200 meters from one of Jutland's best beaches, you will find this older yet exceptionally cozy and well-maintained holiday home. The house features a charming, bright living room with a wood stove and access to a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the newer kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. The house offers sleeping arrangements in a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, and a room with a double bed. There is a nice bathroom with a shower niche, as well as a utility room with a washing machine. The house has internet access. A truly cozy holiday home where you can hear the sound of the waves and experience a fantastic sunset.

The house is located on a lovely, secluded natural plot, featuring an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and a garden grill.

Gjerrild Nordstrand is a popular and very child-friendly area. The beach has fine sand, shallow water, and a Blue Flag. The area also offers great fishing opportunities. From Gjerrild Klint, you can access one of Djursland's top spots for sea trout fishing. The area offers many great hiking and cycling trails. Grenaa Town, with its charming pedestrian streets and sidewalk cafés, is about a 20-minute drive away. A visit to Museum Østjylland or the Kattegatcenter is recommended, where the new penguin exhibit opened in July 2022. Grenaa also offers ferry connections to the small island of Anholt and Sweden. Djurs Sommerland is about a 30-minute drive away, and Ebeltoft, Aarhus, and Randers are all about an hour's drive from the house.
