Cozy summer house and annex in tranquility

Welcome to Læsøvej 8 We warmly welcome you to our lovely summer house and to the beautiful Bønnerup Strand. Here, the forest and beach create the perfect setting for a cozy and safe vacation. We highly recommend a beach trip. Follow Lollandsvej past the house, until the road turns and leads down to the water via Enøvej and Tangvej (a total of 1500 meters). Here, you’ll find a good, shallow swimming beach where children can fish for crabs and play safely. At the same time, the experienced swimmer can spear a fish for dinner between the 3rd and 4th sandbank and further out. For those who prefer more comfort, fish can be bought at our local fishmonger at the harbor. Our fish shop is well-stocked and definitely worth a visit. At the harbor, there are playgrounds, a few shops, and the possibility to barbecue while watching the pleasure boats. In Bønnerup Strand, you can also find a couple of restaurants and a local grocery store. Via the asphalt road, it’s 1300 meters to the town. Larger shopping can be done in Glesborg (5 km). Between Bønnerup Strand and Gjerrild, you’ll find Emmersbo Forest, perfect for walks and mountain biking. The coastline from Bønnerup Strand to Grenaa is incredibly varied, offering both excellent swimming beaches and wild nature with good fishing opportunities. Grenaa itself offers good shopping options, the Kattegat Center, and surprisingly many dining places. If you head in the other direction, you’ll come to Fjellerup and further towards Randers. Here, a trip with the Udbyhøj cable ferry can be a pleasant excursion. At Auning (33 km) lies Gammel Estrup Castle, which houses the Danish Manor House Museum. It’s 20 km to our major attraction: Djurs Sommerland. It’s recommended to come early, as it’s often spacious until the afternoon. For those interested in lions and monkeys, it’s 35 km to Ree Park Safari. If you prefer to meet wolves and polar bears, it’s 29 km to the Scandinavian Wildlife Park. In Ebeltoft (42 km) you’ll find the Frigate Jylland and can enjoy the old town. Additionally, Djursland offers a diverse nature and good weather.
