With the most wonderful location, close to Sletterhage Lighthouse, you’ll find this beautiful and well-maintained house, situated on a sloping plot. The house features a stylishly furnished living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump. The really beautiful kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, is connected to the living room. The house offers sleeping spaces in three comfortable bedrooms, two of which have a good double sofa bed, and one with a double bed. There’s a lovely bathroom with a shower niche. For the little holiday guests, there is a high chair and a baby crib. The property also has an electric car charging station. On the plot, you’ll find a cozy garden house/pavilion, where you can sit and enjoy the view of nature—even on a rainy day. The house is located about 600 meters from the water, with a beach that is a combination of stones and sand. It’s not far from Sletterhage Lighthouse, which is very popular. From here, during the summer, you can watch large ships sailing to and from the port of Aarhus, as well as luxury liners passing very close to the coast. The Helgenæs area is known for its unique nature, hilly terrain, wildlife, and stunning viewpoints. In the area, you’ll find the German Tower, a remnant from World War II. From here, you can see as far as Samsø, Tunø, Aarhus, and the Odder Coast. The area also features the 99-meter-high Ellemandsbjerg, which is a popular hiking destination. The house is located about 24 km from Ebeltoft town, home to many exciting tourist attractions, such as the Old Town Hall, the Frigate Jylland, and the Glass Museum, which is famous for its modern art. About an hour's drive from the house is Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, which is definitely worth a visit.
