The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

The holiday home is situated on a 1050 m² garden site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 55 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 21 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 16 m² enclosed terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 5 sleeping places in single beds. 3 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1-3 Danish channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.
