The holiday home is situated on a 690 m² garden site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2600 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6000 m. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 7 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.
